Can I use more than one edition of iParrot?

Currently, due to limitations in the iPod, you can only use two languages at a time. However, we do not recommend the multilingual feature. So just run the installer for the language you would like to use.

Where is my notes files after install iParrot and iGuide?

iParrot or iGuide creat a notes menu file during installation. A link to your notes files is also created on the menu as "My Files". You can click this link to access your files. And you can add your notes files to the sub folder "myfiles".

Why does it take a long time to enter Notes after the installation?

After the installation, iPod needs some time to import the files, which depends on the capacity of the files. If you install more than one kind of software, the process will take longer: however, this happens only during the initial run when you update the contents in the Notes, or install new software.

The installation hangs up when transfer sound file.

The installation use iTunes to transfer sound files. Please switch to iTunes to see if the transfer is still processing. If iTunes also hangs up, it means iTunes is doing something when iParrot installer runs, so they both hang up. Please quit them using "Force Quit" (Mac) or task manager (Windows), then start iTunes again, wait until iPod appears in the source windows, and close any message window. Check the status window to make sure iTunes is idle. Now the installer is ready to run.

Message says IPod Volume Not found?

By default the disk mode setting for iPod is off. You must set it to "on" using iTunes. Please follow the instruction here: Using your iPod as a storage drive (From Apple website).

How can i remove the product from my iPod?

For Mac users, just run the uninstaller come togather with the installer.
For Windows users, download Uninstaller from our download center.

How many times or how long can i download the product i have purchased?

You can download the product for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase and for unlimited times

How do I know whether my iPod have a Notes reader feature?

Currently, for almost all iPods, such as iPod mini ,photo ,nano and video, have a Notes reader feature. You can judge by: Choose Extras on iPod; if there is Notes item on the menu, that means you can use it.

I can not receive the email from your website.

After a successful payment, you can doanload the product instantly. If you use echeck through Paypal, you may need to wait for some days until the payment cleared.

How do you shipping the product?

We do not shipping the product to your address. You can only download it online after we recieved the payment.

Download Return Policy

Within 15 days of receipt of your download link, you may request a refund for any un-downloaded software. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, for any reason. Please note that we cannot provide a refund or exchange for any downloaded software.
