Q: How do I create bookmarks for quickly moving to the separate files after merging several PDF’s?Select "add own bookmarks" option (Tools - Options - General) 

Q: Is there a way to modify a bookmark name and set any attributes?
You should fill "Bookmark" column in the main table (if it’s empty, Amber takes the file name for a bookmark name) and select "bold style for bookmarks" ("italic style") option. 

Q: I want to make a pdf that is the join of 2 pdf (one protected with password and the other not) and the result must be a strong encrypted pdf (command line).
You need to change abcpdfmg.ini file before the conversion:
[PDF]
Encrypt_PDF=1
Strength_PDF=1
Owner_PDF=12345678

Q:How to merge PDF file using a command line?
ABC Amber PDF Merger can be run from the command line. This is very useful for performing conversions automatically. 

Usage:
"C:Program FilesABC Amber PDF Mergerabcpdfmg.exe" ["SourceFile"] ["DestinationFile"]
where
SourceFile, DestinationFile - files for import and export 

For example:
"C:Program FilesABC Amber PDF Mergerabcpdfmg.exe" "C:Projectslist.txt" "C:Projectsnew.pdf" 

SourceFile is a text file (set of lines) which has the following structure:
[File name]; [Page range]; [Password]; [Bookmark name] 

If you want to include all pages, set "Page range" to all.
If there’s no password for pdf, set it to none.
"Boomark name" is optional. 

Example of SourceFile:
C:ProjectsLicense.pdf;all;none
C:Projectsguide.pdf;1-3;none
C:Projectssw.pdf;2-5,8;jet;Swift
